Disposition:

Confident. He always believes that things are going to turn out better than everyone else does. It’s not that he’s necessarily hopeful, or processing this on a conscious level. It’s just something that he feels, deep down in his core. It keeps him going when life is tough - and life has been very tough lately. His confidence also shows in how he tackles every new situation. He’s earnest in how he greets them, bold in his choices of actions. The current state of the world has him depressed and blaming himself, but even with that, he’s still confident - as shown by how he goes out every day hunting curses and trying to attract them to himself rather than hiding from them.
Empathetic. He believes in the value of human life and will do anything he can to protect it. One of his stated goals is to prevent improper deaths and make sure every human dies in the way that is natural to them. To this end, he became a jujutsu sorcerer. When someone feels something around him, he understands them to the point that he can feel it too. When Sukuna killed a lot of people while controlling his body, Yuuji completely blamed himself for this, to the point that he felt he didn’t deserve the good things in life. The one person he is not empathetic with is himself. He’s too hard on himself, contrary to how he will give everyone else a mile instead of an inch. This has led to a deep depression.
Committed. He follows everything wholeheartedly and pours his full self into all that he does. If he says he’s going to do something, he’s not going to make a liar out of himself by not doing it. His beliefs are important to him and he never betrays them. His entire life path is guided by his beliefs and care for others. He’s also committed to the truth in such a way that it’s been said that lying would never even occur to him. It’s not that he makes the conscious decision to not lie, it just literally is not something he’d think of.
Extroverted. He is a people person. He loves interacting with others - but he’s invested enough in this that no amount of interaction fills his reserves. As a result, he is a very lonely person. But this doesn’t really impact how he treats others. His sense of humor is unique and he tends to display it through trying to involve others in the joke. He wants to involve everyone in everything. As long as someone feels included, then he feels included, too.

Suitability: Due to his friendly nature, he’s going to have an easy time interacting with people in the game. He won’t hesitate when it comes to trying to find people to Synchronize with. He gets along with others easily and is willing to do a lot when it comes to survival, as long as it doesn’t require sacrificing others.

Transformation will be a neat experience to him, one he will welcome with open arms. He loves playing around with new powers and this will be no exception.

Condition upon arrival: He’s post death. His killer had already started healing him, so GemSci will have an easier time bringing him back to health. He was killed via a stab wound to the chest. The wound is clean-cut.

He will be very shaken mentally. Dying wasn’t something he expected so coming back to life will be even less expected. He’s also in a mental state where he may not be necessarily glad that he was brought back to life at all, still feeling guilt over Shibuya.

Abilities: He’s physically strong enough to punch through concrete (“It wasn’t reinforced!”). He has massive reserves of cursed energy due to swallowing the Sukuna fingers. He’s currently swallowed fifteen. Swallowing the fingers took him from being a normal kid to a jujutsu sorcerer. The Sukuna inside of him is a murderous cursed spirit that inhabits him as a vessel. He changed Itadori’s body in certain ways - adding extra eyes, for one thing. He can make a temporarily extra mouth or two to speak with as well. This guy can take over if things get pressured but only until Itadori rebalances himself. The more fingers he consumes, the trickier this balance gets.

He’s quite durable and has lots of stamina. He was able to throw a car and continue fighting afterwards as if nothing had happened.

He has poison resistance due to his status as a Sukuna vessel.

He has two jujutsu techniques he knows:
Divergent Fist - a punch followed by a second impact of cursed energy.
Black Flash - A flashy hit that the cursed energy shows on your fist before you connect with it. It’s very much a critical hit, as cursed energy is used to increase your strength and impact. It’s rare to be able to use it, and even rarer still to be able to use it in succession - and Yuuji has done it four times in a row before.
